The settlement is located on a loess slope above the Danube with an open view of the river. It was designed to provide three types of facilities arranged around a common park. Views from the four largest buildings are directed towards the river. Greenery has been incorporated into the plot in many of its parts, influencing the creation of several smaller ambient units desirable for this type of residential housing. The living room is oriented on three sides and in this way the natural environment that this location offers is used to the maximum. The large unified space on the ground floor is entirely focused on views of the river and the unique landscape. The yard is designed so that it can be used in all parts of the day, considering that it has both open and covered and protected parts. All rooms of these four villas are abundantly naturally lit and ventilated, and part of the living room with double height brings additional quality in the use of space. The green atrium within the building oriented to the southeast offers the possibility of directing certain rooms towards it, and in this way, the stay in these villas, although open to the environment is at the same time completely intimate.
